Persona 5 Royal received a positive reception from the critics who praised improved gameplay, as well as a well-written story and characters. Persona 5 Royal is a role-playing video game developed and published by Atlus. New gameplay features included for both the real world and Mementos sections of the game include the Thieves Den, new locations in Tokyo, and new Confidants to bond with.
